As our program grows to meet the needs of the citizens of Grocio Prado we find more great and worthwhile projects to build upon!
Some ideas for drives within your community to help out the children in Grocio Prado:
- Girls dance clothes for our dance classes given by local peruvians and our creative and fun volunteers!
- Art Supplies for the various ages and art classes we are undertaking in the center including a summer art camp series.
- Garden supplies that include seeds and supplies that would do well in the coastal desert area of Grocio Prado.
- Books for all ages in Spanish. Increasing literacy activities and literacy materials is one of our main goals of the center. Every child should have a book that they love!
Yep, every bit helps. We gladly accept your donation to help fund our community garden, our art, dance, English and chess classes! With your donation we buy books to fund our preschool story time and activity, our books for all ages, and our fund for emergency medical care for our children and elderly without the money for basic or emergency care. If you would like your donation to go to a specific activity within our center, please indicate that in your note.
We are connected to paypal to make your donations easier. Again, if you want your donation to go to a specific activity within our center, just let us know. We will let you know exactly how your donation is used. You’ll get a receipt for your donation.
